Conditioning Practice
WHO: For all 5th – 8th graders
WHAT: Conditioning practice involving running and conditioning exercises to prepare for track and stay in good shape between other sports.
WHEN: Wednesdays and Thursdays 4:15-5:15 p.m. through January (no practice during the holidays or on family nights).
WHERE: Highland Road Park on the high side near the back baseball field/soccer field.
Bring water and a beach towel.
